Rob Grimshaw has been at the Financial Times since 2000, recently moving to the position of Managing Director of Ft.com.

On nma.co.uk, Grimshaw describes running an online publishing business as “relatively simple”. “I have three tasks,” he says. “I have to acquire traffic, engage users once they’re on the site, and make money from them.”
