Bernard is a Digital Influence Specialist at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Based in Hong Kong, he is a core member of the 360 digital influence practice where he is charged to provide advice and execution work on Digital Influence projects.
Bernard has a solid background in web development and systems programming. During his college years, he founded his own web development company, Platinum Dexter Inc. providing web solutions for SME businesses in Toronto, Canada. Shortly after he graduated, he was fascinated by the start of the web 2.0 phenomenon and the importance on how collaborative, community approach brings changes to how users behave online and changes in expectations.
Prior joining Ogilvy PR, Bernard was a Senior Advertising Sales at SCMP Publishing Group, where he oversaw the web development & online / print advertising for the publication AUTOMOBILE.
Bernard graduated from Centennial College, Toronto, Canada. Majoring in Computer Science, with concentration of study in Systems Programming.
