		<description>In Tianjin I can surf Wikipedia through Google because Google has a new feature that breaks the web into phone-sized pieces that conveniently sneak past the censorship.  I think the same would hold true for most blocked sites so long as they don&#039;t have any verboten words.  Ironically enough, Krapax&#039;s blog is blocked where I&#039;m sitting.</description>
