Job: News Assistant in Hong Kong

An interesting entry-level job.
Looking for:
Assistant for research, reporting, translation, office organization in Hong Kong.
-part-time or full-time possible
-job includes: searching for stories in HK and China, preparation of thematic dossiers, finding out information, finding interview partners and arranging interviews, translation during and after interviews, making interviews independently, office work etc…
-pay to be discussed
-language requirements: fluent in English, Cantonese, and Madarin
-applicant should be well connected in Hong Kong, know its political, economic, and social systems and institutions
-applicant should be committed, curious, independently working, not shy!
-work experience would be very appreciated, but is not compulsory
-applicant should be willing to stay for 9-12 months at least!
Who we are:
Markus Rimmele, freelance journalist mainly for public German radio and German media. Based in Hong Kong for 2 years. Reports from Hong Kong and Macau, mainland China, Taiwan. Topics range from politics to business and society.
