		<description>Without zooming in all the way it looks like the imbalances generally follow the rule of higher per capita GDP to lower, which makes me think this might have to do with migrants calling home.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Agree that it is remarkable to see zero between India and Pakistan.
