Hey Thomas - I would refer to it as challenges with corporate blogging rather than difficulty of blogging for Microsoft, but in the end the point remains the same. Lately all corporate blog/twitter initiatives that get listed are those that are being set up centrally, and I wonder about identities in those programs.
I guess for myself I know the answer, Kris Hoet and Kris at Microsoft is the same and I’ll probably just add my feed to the corporate feed rather than doing different things at different places.
