I see nothing wrong with those ads at all - they all look like perfectly legitimate and respectable businesses to me and by advertising them you will be adding to the revival of prosperity in our flagging economies and in no way aiding in the exploitation of female workers anywhere and the profits of organised crime. It would be ridiculous to suggest anything else!

@Nicholas: Thanks, I will check out the tweak. I want to experiment with ad sense to understand it better. I was thinking of only allowing visual ads instead of text ones.
I am afraid they will distract attention from your writing. Then again, this can be positive, as you won't need to pay too much attention to ortograph or even to content anymore :)
@Uln: Never thought of that rationale for taking advertising! The ads would have to visually attractive to distract from the writing. I am not convinced ads are a good idea, so may implement them briefly.
I didn't realize that Google ads displayed are related to how the person came to the page. That makes the experience of landing on my blog entirely personalized (and beyond my control). Not sure I like that! Perhaps I should join an ad network if I decide to use advertising.
