My Original (and undiscovered) Amy Tan Film
Bestselling author Amy Tan this weekend prepares for the world premiere of her opera, The Bonesetter’s Daughter, so I have decided to open the greater public to one of her lesser-known cinematic works (and my film directing debut).
Unlike The Joy Luck Club or her film and TV appearances, this work - starring Amy - was intended for a highly select and small audience (1 person).
Some of the images appear in Amy’s excellent TED talk on Creativity.
