Benjamin Joffe, who runs the China-based telecom consultancy +8* (Plus 8 Star) discusses the digital topography of Asia. He mainly draws the contrast between Japan and Korea versus the rest of Asia. China is a huge development center for innovation because there are so many users with whom to experiment new models.
